How much is the bus from Bromma Airport to city centre?

Student discount applies to those who have a Mecenat or Student card. You can buy a pass with student discount at the facility, not through our website. You need to show your Mecenat or Student card when you buy your pass. When you buy your pass at the facility you can choose the starting date.

When you buy a pass on our website, your pass is valid from the date you bought it. If you have a day pass you can upgrade it to a card that is valid at all times. You can also upgrade a monthly pass to a regular annual pass, as long as the monthly pass is active. Just bring your gym pass with you.

Getting to Stockholm from the airport

If you are flying to Borås, the nearest airport is Göteborg Landvetter Airport which is located halfway between Borås and Göteborg.
There are currently three direct buses between the airport and central Borås with departures several times a day; Nettbus, Flixbus and Landvetterexpressen. Tickets can be bought online at the company website or at the Information desk at the airport. Note that tickets for flixbus and Nettbus have to be purchased before boarding the bus. If you cannot or do not want to go by bus, you can take a taxi.
Day tickets
It is better to book in advance but there are also taxis waiting outside the airport. However, most of them are based in Gothenburg and charge extra when going to Borås.
The fare is about SEK and takes about 30 minutes. Göteborg Landvetter Airport is located much closer to Borås than Arlanda, we therefor recommend booking a flight here if possible. To get to Borås from Arlanda Airport one first have to take Arlanda Express to Stockholm central station and and then take the train or the bus from Stockholm to Borås, which takes several hours.

You can buy a ticket at the information desk at the airport or in the self-service machines. From Stockholm Central Station, you either take the train to Borås with SJ external link or go to the nearby Cityterminalen and take the bus.
Flixbus external link goes directly from Arlanda to Borås and is the cheapest alternatives of the bus companies. Local and regional public transportation is run by Västtrafik. You can buy single tickets, top-up cards or monthly cards with unlimited use. It is possible to buy single rides on the bus, but please note that you cannot pay with cash, only credit cards Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Swedish debit cards.
