To end it on a high note I did the Plank. I'm on day 21 of the plankchallenge, so it was seconds. These really starts to be troublesome. I've got one more day with seconds to get familiar with the pain, before increasing it to seconds Came one hour Early to the gym, practiced double unders, I managed to do 7 double unders in a row which felt Amazing!

Since I have not managed two in a row previously. Then it was time for WOD: Part A: 5x3 weighted pullups -increase weight each set -2 minutes rest between sets. I started at 5kg, 7,5 then stayed at 10kg for the last three. I managed exactly three rounds, however my Power snatches where super scaled, only 35 kg, trying to learn the technique. Sadly no time for morning training. Result: I'm not sure, we counted six times, But I could swear I did the rope atleast 4 times, So it's possible it was eight or more.. It was a Nice workout though. Singelunders the last rounds A good day, had no motivation today, But it came back after the first WOD!

The rope climbs are a bit tricky without the proper technique.. Ending the day with 10 minutes of singelunders by the ocean. My New Reebok Nano 8's arrived! It was a great change from my normal running shoes! Morning workout: 5 sets of 20 Pushups. Arrived at The gym an hour early to train on my Kipping pull-up technique. I really struggled with the Overhead Squats, So I really need to put in some time each week with it to focus on both technique and muscle gain.

So to reward myself after a great day. I treated myself with a Nice evening workout containing of Burpees on time. My time: So now I have a time to beat next time. Quite satisfied! Monday, Time to start the week with a bang! Which was Awesome, since it forced me to put in a higher gear. A:went great! I lagged behind maybe meters but other than that it felt great.
