Har jag problem chattar jag med personalen, inga problem. Lars Hedlund. Jag fick god hjälp av chattfunktionen när jag satt och jobbade. Inget bra bokföringsprogram! Dåliga rapporter och det saknas att kunna få ut Excel. Jag är helt novis vad det gäller bokföring men programmet i sig är väldigt användarvänligt och jag bara älskar supporten!
När jag kör fast hjälper de mig snabbt med lättförståeliga och tydliga svar samt en stor portion tålamod Helt ok automatiserad bokföring. Saknar dock vissa funktioner en del gratis program har, som tex automatisk igenkännande av summor och datum på fotade fakturor och kvitton samt att kunna lägga till kvitton från vanliga kameragalleriet. Skapande av fil till skatteverket för deklarationen saknas även det, något som också erbjuds från gratisprogram.
På det stora hela nöjd även om jag tycker att vissa gratistjänster Bokio gör det hela nästan lika bra.

Dock har andra programs bankkoppling endast en saldoavläsning för att stämma av saldot mot bank, i de flesta fall. Kopplingen är också gratis, vilket våra konkurrenter i de flesta fall inte erbjuder i sitt basutbud.
